Monster Mash
The role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons is one of my passions. One part group improv, one part cooperative storytelling, and one part complex mechanical system, the game is a fantastic way to exercise both individual creativity and teamwork/communication skills.
This tool is aimed at helping Dungeon Masters (storyteller-referees) create and balance their own monsters (using the balancing guidelines in the 5th Edition Dungeon Master's Guide). I made it on a three-person team for my Software Design class at Carleton College. It's written in Java, using the JavaFX GUI library.
